For the laer stages we dyed some of the human hair darker. The hair used for the lace pieces & the punching of the early doll like stages was human hair customed dyed by DeMeo Brothers in NYC. Ic heads/foam skins the hairline was punched. For that effect darker Hair Tech was used & a thin lace hairline was made. His hairline recedes & the hair darkens in color. In the first film Chucky begins to transform- becoming more & human. The color & fibers & the weave were all custom. In Child's Play 1 thru 3 the main part of the wigs consisted of a wig fabricated from hair/fabric from National Hair Tech. Also, he landed a puppeteering job on Child's Play 2. Ron Pipes worked on the first three films, mainly as a technician for the Chucky construction unit.
